Just Be Kitchen: A Hidden Gem in Denver, CO
Just Be Kitchen is the reason I moved to Denver. Don’t be fooled by the bougie name, this place is a chill millennial hideout. If you’re looking for Whole30, gluten-free, dairy-free, or grain-free options then:

Just Be Kitchen is located in the popular LoHi area in Denver. I was itching to try this place for a while after I heard about it from my neighbor Stephanie. I (finally!) got the opportunity when I tried Yoga with Sharks at the Downtown Aquarium which is nearby. After yoga, I took a short walk with my girlfriend Angie over to Just Be Kitchen.

What a delightful surprise it was! And how cute is their tagline: “Just Be: Home”?
The decor was adorable, inspirational, and homey.
Lots of seating. And no wait.
More importantly: $12 BOTTOMLESS MIMOSAS
Even more importantly: $15 KOMBUCHA MIMOSAS (Kombosas?)

Not a huge breakfast menu, but the dishes featured ingredients you can feel good about. I tried the “FULFILLED Breakfast Burrito” with sweet potato hash and it was delightful. While I liked the burrito, I’ll probably try something different when I go back. I am also dying to try the Golden Milk Latte!

Other menu highlights: 5 different Bulletproof coffee options and a “Beyonce” drink with sparkling water, maple, cayenne, and lemon.
The icing on the cake: Very reasonable prices IMO!
Bonus: The staff was friendly and very laid back.
Extra bonus: No rush. We sat there for HOURS drinking mimosas with no judgy eyes hinting that we should hit the road.
