We had our 2nd baby, a girl (!), in October 2024 and have enjoyed many months at home adjusting to being a family of four. But as Spring 2025 rolled around it was time to get out of the house. I planned my our trip with our girl, a weekend in LA. Our last travel stroller was pretty worn down due to excessive use with my son (now 4) and the undercarriage had a huge hole in it. So it was time to look for something new. I was eager to see how the travel stroller market had progressed in the four years since I had my son in 2020.
The Research
And…wow. There are a LOT of new travel strollers and new brands in the market now. Honestly, it was overwhelming. Due to the amount of options I didn’t want to skimp on research and just pick the first thing I liked. I wanted to find the one that had all the features important to me.

Listen, I researched A LOT of strollers. I watched Tiktoks, I watched YouTube videos, I read blogs…and what I found was the expensive strollers were the ones that had all the features I wanted. But I wasn’t willing to shell out $500 on another stroller. So when I found the newish US-based brand Bombi…I knew I had found the one.
The One
Bombi’s Bebee V2 is an upgraded version of the Bombi Bebee. And it just has everything you could ever want in a travel stroller! Truly! It’s made of fabric from recycled material, comes in 8 colors, 150 degree recline, has larger wheels than most travel strollers, fits in overhead bin, has more pockets than any stroller I’ve ever seen, has an amazing one-hand fold, comes with travel bag and cup holder…and that’s just the beginning. Phew.
So yeah, it checks everything off my list. And more. It has features I didn’t even know I wanted like a hidden pocket in the understorage, a water bottle pocket in the seat, and allows my diaper bag to stand up in the bottom for easy access (and less spills!). And YES it’s car seat compatible.
The stroller is on the heavy side (18 pounds) for a travel stroller. When we traveled to LA I had no problem lifting this into the overhead bin or putting it in the trunk of the car. That said, I think the weight is worth it for all the amazing features this stroller has.
