New Date Spot: The Culver Hotel
I went to a Blogger Brunch (yup that’s a thing now!) today put on by The Marshall Plan and Press Pass LA at the fabulous and historic The Culver Hotel in Culver City, near Los Angeles.
The landmark boutique hotel was once owned by Charlie Chaplin, frequented by Hollywood stars, and even hosted the munchkins while filming The Wizard of Oz (!).
But today, the swanky renovated flatiron building is quaint, lavish, and charming.
And BTW the food was absolutely fantastic. Very California. Very yum.
A fantastic event venue for a birthday party, a corporate meeting, a Valentine’s Day retreat or just lunch with the gals.
Oh me? I’m going to convince my next Bumble date to take me to The Velvet Lounge for cocktails. The upstairs hotel bar is To. Die. For.
(It’s that first photo up top!)
And no wonder it was named #1 Most Romantic Boutique Hotel in California by USA Today.
And I swear my iPhone pics are NOT doing this luxurious decor justice.
Sooooo… who wants to take me on a date?
