The Internet reacts to Zayn Malik leaving 1D FOR GOOD!!!
I know. #RIPME.
Zayn Malik announced today via One Direction’s Facebook Page that he is officially leaving the boy band after 5 years. And basically life as we know it is over.
Coincidence that 1D’s last album was titled “Four”?
I THINK NOT!
Of course, the Internet reacted appropriately.

Dear every news publication ever, stop with the headline "Two Directions." It's unimaginative and VERY UPSETTING.

We’ll be live-streaming a vigil for Zayn Malik at 1:30pm EST. Stay tuned, be strong.

It could be worse. It could be Harry.

So Directioners have decided to cry, hold vigils, rename the band, replace Zayn, and change the spelling his name to “Zayne”.
