Souping is the new juicing, obvs
Actually, this makes a lot of sense. Vegetables are much better for you than a TON of fruit, because of the natural sugar. Even though it’s natural, it’s still a form of sugar.
Souping: less calories, same slimming benefits of juicing.
Yup, there’s already tons of companies popping up to capitalize on this 2015 food trend. But I can’t wait to see a souping shop open on the corner.
