C’mon it’s SO true.
Plant are having a serious moment right now. Especially succulents. And fiddleleaf fig plants…
I’m sure you’ve noticed! Every home retailer has been ferociously manufacturing planters, vases, and fake plants.
But isn’t it kinda awesome that PLANTS are trendy? They’re not only cheap, they’re NATURAL and great for the environment. Cats are cool too, but require a LOT more work.
Here’s some tips.
IKEA sells great and SUPER cheap plants. All sizes.
Home Depot also sells a ton of plants (depends on season) and I believe they have a money back guarantee if your plant dies.
If you’re worried about killing your plants, there are no fuss options. For example snake plants are VERY hard to kill. Little water, little sunlight and you’re golden.
So there’s really no excuse not to invest in some green babies!
I’m no plant expert- but I will suggest making a watering schedule.
I water my succulents and plants every Wednesday and sometimes my plants one other day if they look dry. It’s important not to water the succulents too often. And for large cactus water every 3 weeks. Yes, it’s quite a schedule. But SO SO SO rewarding, plant you see?
