Let’s Try Some CITY COLOR COSMETICS for Grammys!

Coloring in the lines…

Today I tried out my new City Color Cosmetics makeup collection in prep for my Grammys coverage at Clevver tonight!

Their affordable products are red carpet ready in my bag. Swag!

I started with the paraben-free face Primer, a medium consistency, which I ended up putting two coats of. Because, I guess, I wasn’t sure if it had covered my entire face or not.

Then I applied the eye primer, followed by my own foundation and setting powder.

Next, the Desert Treasures City Color bronzer on my cheeks. I was impressed with the pigmentation and it didn’t take long for my cheeks to be blushing a pink toned bronze color!

Next, the eyes.

I blended the a tan brown and gray-blue color into my lids. However, the colors didn’t come through as strong as I anticipated.

Then I applied a deep pink gloss to my lips and VOILA!

Finished with the All-Set Setting Spray which had a nice medium spray consistency and dried quickly. I always feel weird about setting sprays as getting my face WET after applying makeup seems inorganic.

The best about all these products are they are all UNDER $10 each.

In conclusion, I recommend the Desert Treasures Bronzer and All-Set Setting Spray.
